Welcome to "Always Note." We aim to provide you with reliable note-taking services while maintaining a responsible and legally compliant platform.  “Always Note” should be used exclusively for entertainment purposes only.  Contents of “Notes” are the responsibility of the user.   Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service:

1. Acceptance of Terms By using "Always Note”, henceforth “Company” you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. User Responsibility You are responsible for the content and notes you create and share using our platform. Please use the service in a lawful and respectful manner.  Any breach of local or national law will result in cancellation of service.  “Always Note” is not a replacement for legal services and should never be used for estate planning, medical directives, and/or anything which may be reasonably considered better placed in the trust of a legal, medical, or any other expert care.  The user is responsible for keeping a back up of content and holds the Company harmless for any loss of content and data. 

3. Intellectual Property You retain ownership of the notes you create using our service. We do not claim any rights to your content and access it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Legal Liability "Always Note" cannot be held liable for the loss, exposure, or unauthorized access to your notes. You are responsible for the security of your own data. “Always Note” reserves the right to close and shut down operations at any time, resulting in a loss of content and data.  The Company cannot be compelled to provide the contents to notes to anyone besides those designated by the user as recipients and validators. 

5. Updates and Changes We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here, and it is your responsibility to review them. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Termination "Always Note" reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account in the event of misuse or violations of these terms.
